Our fireplace service experts are second to none in Western New York. Our service staff is CSIA certified and is experienced in both masonry and wood stove cleanings and services. We are centrally located on Transit Road in Lockport, NY and are fully insured. We welcome the opportunity to improve the efficiency and safety of your stove and chimney year after year. We do not outsource any of our installation work. We ensure your experience with us is great from start to finish. We offer services for gas, pellet, and wood units all year round. Give us a call to schedule an appointment. We will attempt to contact you a day or two in advance with a two hour estimate of when the service technician should be arriving. We will do our absolute best to stay on schedule, but please keep in mind, circumstances may arise that may delay their arrival. Installations

All our installations are performed by our factory trained installers, and never sub-contracted out to a third party. What that means to you is that all our work is guaranteed by us, and are done in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in top-notch workmanship and your happiness. We provide service anywhere in the Buffalo and surrounding WNY areas.

Cleaning

All our chimney cleanings and gas cleanings are performed by a CSIA certified technician and are always done with your safety in mind. Summertime specials are available for your convenience. All of our services are performed year-round.

Relining

We offer a line of furnace, hot water tank and boiler re-lines. Too much moisture from venting gas appliances into your masonry flue tile can cause damage to the clay flue and also the brick exterior, which can result thousands of dollars in damage if not taken care of properly.

Safety Inspections

If you have a fireplace or stove, and it does not need a full cleaning, a safety inspection is a great way to make your fireplace is burning correctly and effectively year-round.

Masonry Work

We offer tuck pointing, repointing, crown coats and new crowns poured in place. All work is performed by our service department. All work is discussed before the job, so you know the cost and time frame involved. This is the only work that is weather-sensitive, so make sure to have it done during the warmer months.
